funova.ai is run by BizMate Company Limited (Công ty TNHH BizMate, brand BizMateHub), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Contact: hello@bizmatehub.com. By using the website you agree to these terms.

1. What Funova is

Funova publishes reviews, comparisons and guides about AI tools. The content is for general information. It is not legal, financial or professional advice, and you decide which tools to use.

2. Accuracy and prices

• AI tools change quickly. We check prices, features and language support when we publish or update a page, and show the update date.
• Prices, plans, free tiers and language lists can change after that date. Always confirm on the provider’s website before you pay.
• Results you get from a tool depend on your content, settings and the tool itself. We do not promise any specific result, audience growth or income.

3. Affiliate links and third-party tools

• Some links are affiliate links, explained in our affiliate disclosure.
• When you leave Funova for a provider’s website, your account, payment and use of that tool are governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their changes.

4. Our content

• Text, images, scores, prompts and videos on Funova belong to BizMate Company Limited or are used with permission.
• You may read, share links to, and quote short parts of our pages with a link back to the source.
• You may not copy whole articles, republish our content as your own, or scrape the website to build a competing service or train AI models.
• Trademarks and product names belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse Funova.

5. What you send us

When you send a message, a correction or a tool suggestion, you confirm the information is yours to share and lawful. We may use corrections and suggestions to improve our pages without payment. We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or try to break into the website, send spam through our forms, or use Funova for anything unlawful. We may block access that does.

7. Purchases

Funova does not sell AI tool subscriptions. Digital products sold on funova.ai (prompt packs, workflows) are offered on our Vietnamese site in Vietnamese dong, under the Vietnamese purchase terms and refund policy.

8. Liability

We work to keep Funova accurate and available, but the website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, BizMate Company Limited is not liable for losses arising from using the website, relying on its content, or using third-party tools. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you have a concern, please write to us first; we aim to resolve every issue by discussion.
